HeavenlyMobility began with one stubborn question: why should buying a wheelchair be harder than buying a couch? Here's how we've been answering it since 2024.

Where it started
One grandmother. Seven quotes. Zero straight answers.
In 2023 our founder's grandmother needed her first wheelchair. What followed was a maze of vague pricing, dealer mark-ups, dismissive salespeople and chairs that arrived unassembled with manuals that answered nothing.
HeavenlyMobility is the store we wished existed that year. We stock a focused range we've tested ourselves, publish honest specs we've verified — real-world battery range, true liftable weight, actual turning circles — and answer the phone like neighbors, not a call center.
Today we've shipped more than 3,200 orders to all 50 states, from Boston brownstones to rural Texas ranch houses, with the same promise: the right product, fairly priced, set up properly.

Prices in US dollars, tax shown clearly at checkout, no surprise fees. If a cheaper option fits you better, we say so.
Advice before sales
Our team includes an occupational-therapy consultant. We'd rather lose a sale than sell you the wrong chair.
After-care that shows up
Spare parts, servicing referrals, fit-check calls and a returns policy written by humans. We stay in your corner long after delivery.

A kitchen-table idea
After months of helping our own grandmother find an affordable, honest wheelchair supplier, we opened HeavenlyMobility online from a spare room in central Sioux Falls.

We reached 100 orders within five months — and personally called every single customer to ask how the fit was.

Workshop & showroom
Our Conklin Avenue space opened with an assembly bench, spares shelf and a try-before-you-buy corner.
