Yes — we ship to all 50 US states and every Canadian province and territory. Use the US/CA toggle at the top of the page to view prices in US dollars or Canadian dollars. The store remembers your choice for your whole visit, and checkout automatically adjusts shipping rules, taxes and address fields.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus PayPal and Affirm financing in the US (split your purchase into monthly payments on qualifying orders) and Interac e-Transfer in Canada. We never store your full card details — payments run through PCI-compliant processors.

Are taxes included in your prices?

US prices are shown before sales tax: we collect South Dakota's 4.2% state sales tax on orders shipping to South Dakota (our home state), and other states display without tax as rules permit. Canadian orders show 5% GST at checkout; applicable PST/HST is itemized on your final invoice. You'll always see the exact total before you pay — no surprises.

Will Medicare or my insurance pay for mobility equipment?

Medicare Part B may cover medically necessary wheelchairs and scooters as Durable Medical Equipment when criteria are met — typically through a face-to-face exam and a written order from your doctor. Many customers also pay with FSA or HSA funds. We provide itemized invoices, HCPCS codes and documentation support on qualifying products; call us and we'll help you with the paperwork before you buy.

Do you ship to all 50 states and across Canada?

Yes — every US state from Maine to Hawaii, and every Canadian province from Nova Scotia to Yukon, including rural addresses. US orders ship insured via FedEx and UPS; Canadian orders ship via DHL and Canada Post with customs and duties handled by us — no surprise fees at the border. Shipping is free over $299 (US) or $399 CAD (Canada); under that, a flat $19.95 / $24.95 CAD applies.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items leave our Sioux Falls warehouse within 24 hours on business days. US transit: Midwest 1–3 business days, East Coast and Mountain 2–4, West Coast 3–5. Canada: 3–8 business days depending on province, customs-cleared with duties pre-paid. Power chairs and scooters may take one extra day, as we fully assemble, charge and test them before they ship.

Will someone help me set up my power chair or scooter?

Yes. Powered products ship assembled, charged and quality-inspected. In Sioux Falls, Minneapolis and Omaha we offer white-glove in-home setup at no charge; everywhere else we schedule a live video orientation call so you can ride with confidence from day one.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Absolutely — our showroom at 312 S Conklin Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57103 offers free pickup during business hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM CT, Sat 9 AM–1 PM CT). We'll call you the moment your order is assembled and ready.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund — consistent with FTC guidance, US state consumer-protection law and Canadian provincial consumer-protection acts. Are there items I can't return?

For hygiene reasons, sealed personal-care items such as cushions and commodes can only be returned if the hygiene seal is unbroken, unless faulty. Custom-configured products are also excluded unless defective. Everything else — chairs, scooters, rollators, ramps — returns freely within 30 days.

How fast will I get my refund?

Once our warehouse confirms the item's condition (usually within 48 hours of arrival), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Card refunds typically post within 1–3 additional days depending on your bank. We email you at each step.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo if possible, and we will repair, replace or refund — your choice — including all return shipping, consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and your state's implied-warranty rules. Faults that appear later are covered by our warranties; we handle the claim admin for you.

How do I choose the right seat width?

Sit on a firm chair and measure across your hips at the widest point, then add 1–2 inches for clothing and comfort. Our most common adult size is 18 inches. Between sizes — or measuring for someone else? Text us a photo of your tape measure and we'll confirm the fit before you order, free.

What's the difference between a transport and a self-propel wheelchair?

Accepted Answer

Self-propel chairs (large 24-inch rear wheels) let the user push themselves, while transport chairs have small rear wheels and are pushed by a caregiver. Transport chairs are lighter and narrower — brilliant for travel and appointments — but can't be user-propelled. Our product pages state this clearly, and we're one call away if you're unsure.

Are the battery ranges on scooters realistic?

We publish ranges from our own testing with a 190 lb rider on real American sidewalks — typically more conservative than the factory-quoted figures. Hills, rider weight, terrain and tire pressure all affect range; our guides explain how to get the most from every charge.

Do you stock spare parts and batteries?

Yes — tires, tubes, chargers, cushions, batteries and common wear parts for everything we sell. If we don't have it on the shelf we source it, usually within 5–7 business days.

What warranty do your products carry?

Accepted Answer

Every product page lists its exact warranty. As a rule: manual wheelchairs carry 2–3 years on frames and 1 year on parts; power chairs and scooters carry 2 years on electronics and 3 years on frames. Warranty labor is free at our Sioux Falls workshop, and we coordinate insured return shipping if you're elsewhere.
