Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters as much to us as your mobility. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and the rights you have — written for humans, compliant with US state privacy law.

1. Who we are

HeavenlyMobility LLC, trading as HeavenlyMobility, is responsible for personal information processed through www.heavenlymobility.com, by phone, text, email and at our Sioux Falls showroom. You can reach our privacy lead at hello@heavenlymobility.com or +1 (605) 585-4816, or by mail at 312 S Conklin Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57103.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to serve you well:

  • Contact and identity details you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses.
  • Order information: products purchased, order values, payment method (never full card numbers — card processing is handled entirely by PCI-DSS-compliant providers).
  • Support information: messages, photos or measurements you voluntarily share for sizing advice or after-sales care.
  • Technical data: anonymized usage statistics, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers described in Section 5.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Process orders, arrange shipping and provide setup support.
  • Communicate about your order, including payment links, tracking and after-sales check-ins.
  • Provide warranty service, handle returns and respond to queries.
  • Issue tax-compliant invoices and meet our IRS record-keeping obligations.
  • Send marketing emails only if you subscribed — every message follows the CAN-SPAM Act, with a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Improve our store through anonymized, aggregated analytics.

4. We never sell your data

HeavenlyMobility does not sell, rent, trade or "share" (in the cross-context behavioral advertising sense) your personal information. Full stop. We are confident saying this without a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" form because there is nothing to opt out of — it simply never happens.

We disclose information only to the service providers who make your order possible: carriers (FedEx, UPS — name, address, phone for delivery), payment processors, and our transactional-email provider. Each is contractually bound to use your details only to serve you and to protect them.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of cookies: essential cookies that keep your cart working (a random, anonymous session identifier), preference cookies that remember settings, and privacy-respecting analytics that help us understand which pages help customers most. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.

You can block cookies in your browser; the shop will still work, though the cart cannot persist between visits without its cookie. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where state law requires it.

6. Your privacy rights by state

Depending on your jurisdiction (California under the CCPA/CPRA; Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other US states; Canada under PIPEDA and, in Quebec, Law 25), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you — free, up to twice per 12-month period.
  • Correct inaccurate information and request deletion of information we no longer need.
  • Opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do neither, so you're opted out by design).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

7. Security and retention

Our store runs over HTTPS with encrypted databases, access controls and least-privilege credentials. Order and invoice records are retained for seven years to meet IRS and business-record requirements; support conversations are retained for three years; newsletter consent until you unsubscribe.

No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects you we will notify you and the relevant state authorities as breach-notification laws require.

8. Exercising your rights

Email hello@heavenlymobility.com with the subject "Privacy request", call +1 (605) 585-4816, or write to us at 312 S Conklin Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57103. We verify requests using your order email or phone number and respond within the window your state requires (45 days at most, usually far less).

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact your state Attorney General's consumer-protection office, the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, or — in Canada — the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Marketing emails and texts always include unsubscribe options, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL); we only message consenting contacts.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the revision date above and, for material changes, email subscribed customers. The version on this page is always the current one.
